Top conference centre with over 50 rooms in Berkshire, requires an Operations Manager. You will be responsible for staff operating in the Front of House, Food & Beverage and House Keeping sections, ensuring that at all time the highest standards of service are established and maintained. You will, on occasion, be required to deputise for the General Manager and operationally manage and control the business activities. You must have at least two years conference centre * hotel management experience and supervisory & line management experience. We are looking for a resilient and self-confident individual with a tactful but firm manor. You need to have excellent interpersonal skills to motivate staff and be flexible on working hours.
